If any part of these Terms is deemed to be unlawful, void, or, for any reason, unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions of these Terms.

Personally Identifiable Information refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, financial profile, social security number, and credit card information. What Personally Identifiable Information is collected?
